I have toyed with the idea of writing a blog for years. I have even started one or two in the past. Unfortunately I lack the time and discipline involved in writing and posting new material on a regular basis. I am attempting this again, because my anxiety levels are through the roof, and my therapist thinks that writing might help me.
I am busy mom with five kids, three dogs, a husband, a live in mother-in-law and a full time job. I love to cook, camp and read books. My family spends more time on the go, than we do at home. I love my life. I just wish I could slow things down a little more often and stop feeling like it is spinning out of control.
My goal with this blog is to share some the things I love with the world, and maybe help myself find a little bit of focus in my own brain as well. So expect to see pictures of festivals and fairs. Expect to see recipes for yummy food. And expect to see random projects, ideas and book reviews.
DON'T expect me to post everyday. My anxiety only seems to give me limited focus right now. I may write five posts in one night and set them up to post daily. Then I may decide to flip over all the furniture in my living room and clean for days, or binge watch reruns on Netflix and forget I even have a blog to write on for a week.
